Exchange activesync give a hand?
I am using activesync through an exchange server (no usb) to sync my email, contacts, and calendar. I set the settings to not keep email on the device longer than 3 days (so the phone doesn’t bring overloaded), but then when the phone delete items it also deletes them from the server, so they disappear from my outlook inbox on my laptop. we have call microsoft – and they say my phone works correctly. not a soul else in the department has this problem – when their phone delete items, they remain on the server. microsoft says their phones are working incorrectly. does anyone enjoy a clue how to break mine so it “works incorrectly” and doesn’t erase emails from the server?! lol. i have tried microsoft’s website tech aid and am getting nowhere with that any. please and thanks!
