Where can I download, for FREE, USGS 1:100,000 TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS of COUNTIES in the following states?
Arkansas,
Illinois,
Indiana,
Kansas,
Kentucky,
Missouri,
Oklahoma,
and Tennessee.
I see lots of websites with those maps for sale, but if the USGS is tax-supported, I don’t think I should have to pay for them twice.
