Ovi Maps Doesn’t Work
Why Does Nokia N97 Mini Ovi Maps Cost Me?
I downloaded FREE Nokia Ovi Maps for my N97 Mini, and it’s supposed to have free drive navigation, free walk navigation etc, but when I go in and use it, it costs me. I’ve tried drive navigation and walk navigation and stuff like that. It asks me if I want to connect to VF AU (Vodafone Australia) and I click no. It still works when I click no, but I thought Ovi Maps was free? It doesn’t cost that much, only like 20c but I still thought it was supposed to be completely free? Is this how it’s supposed to be?
Is it because Vodafone is charging me for data charges/fees?
The APPLICATION you purchased is free.
When you use those applications you have to go online for them to get the maps and all of that so they will charge you for using internet.
