MSN maps will not load?

When going to MSN live maps (http://maps.live.com/) all that appears is a loading sign and nothing else. Have looked all over the internet for a solution but found nothing obvious. The only possible factor I notice is that I’m running IE7 with XP. Unfortunately I never tried looking at MSN maps when I had IE6 so I can’t really compare. Please can anyone help or has had the same problem.
I want to MSN maps to work as it show my area at an angled birds eye view which to my knowledge no other mapping site shows.
