Garmin eTrex Venture Cx – Not Following Route?
I’ve used this twice now to follow a route, and both times when I’ve arrived at the first point, it continues to point me to the first point and not the second, even if I’m standing right at point 1.
Say I have 130 points in a route. As I walk over point 1, I would expect it then to point me in the direction of point 2. But it doesn’t. Is there something I need to set for it to do this, or something I need to click when I get to point 1?
I’ve been creating the route in MapSource and sending it to the GPS, which seems to work as it looks fine on the GPS. I’ve just been ignoring the compass screen and following the line on the map. Is there something I need to do?
