Maps Ancient Mesopotamia

I need a map of the ancient mediterranean area…?
It must include Carthage, Rome, Greece, Mesopotamia, Phoenicia, Sumer, Babylon, Israel… It is for a project in social studies, if you could find me a black and white one that would be great because I have no colored ink. It has to be big because I am drawing a map on a poster board and need to see the details and such. An outline would work, I just need the region.
