Update map on Garmin Training Center?

Is there a way to get a more detailed map of my route on Garmin Training center? It only shows the main roads…
I have the Garmin forerunner 305 if that helps

When you buy a map or update a map for your GPS, you can download it first to your PC, and use the map with MapSource in the Training Center.

The map included in the Training Center is a very basic, starter map, used to illustrate how to use MapSource, but it’s not meant to be very detailed, like what you get in a GPS.

Alternatively, you can look for free maps at http://www.gpsfiledepot.com/. Some of these maps are quite good, but it takes some searching. Many of them are just maps, though, but not usable for GPS navigation (with road direction commands).
