My mobile phone bill detail shows NSW time for time of call even call of origin is the suburb of QLD ? ?

I made mobile phone call at 9am from Kirra or Coolangatta in QLD. (near the border of NSW) I’ve checked both base station are in QLD by the coverage map.
But the bill detail shows 10am for time of call and it shows Kirra for call of origin.
Does anyone know why it happens?
It must affect people who choose the service like OPTUS’ Free call minutes between 8pm to 12am.

My thoughts were that the tower it was being picked up by was in NSW, but you said it wasn’t by the coverage map (that still could be possible though the coverage map could be slightly off)
