I do have the ps3, cod4 and the map pack and they are amazing especially creek. Unfortunately, I dont think anyone here or I would like to give you their account because theres a chance you can delete it, spend all the money on it, and alot of other things.

The maps altogether is $10.81
Go to your local CVS store or something and buy a $25 or less Visa Prepaid card. After you bought the card, put it on your playstation network account and fund it. Then buy the maps. Then you can do the things.
