Castle Wolfenstein Maps

How Do I Open My Own Return To Castle Wolfenstein Server?
I have been playing the Multi-Player (MP) version for several months now and am interested in setting up my own dedicated server with a rotation of maps. What do I need to have for modifying maps? How much does it cost to keep a 24/7 server going with that game?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
What is your OS? I believe that RTCW will start it up for you in MP mode, just set parameters like number fo players and friendly fire or not. As faras mods go, PM me.
